Ones to Watch 2018

After an incredibly successful year with our Code First: Girls Ones To Watch 2017  and previously, Ones To Watch 2016 and Ones To Watch 2014/15, over the last two months we have received some fantastic Ones to Watch 2018 nominees! 

Nominations for our 2018 programme have now closed, and we will be announcing the successful nominees in April. Check back here soon to find out more! 


Who are our CFG Ones to Watch? 

Every year we ask our community and partners to nominate high-achieving women who are under 30, and doing impressive work in tech or tech start-ups. The final Code First: Girls 25 Ones to Watch 2018 showcases amazing female talent! 


So what do you get by being a CF:G One's to watch?
  • Invitations to speak at and attend high profile public events (such as London Tech Week)
  • Guaranteed spots at Code First: Girls events such as our annual conference, hack your career days and community courses
  • Special invite-only events such as our Ones to Watch breakfast. Previous guest speakers have included Lady Barbara Judge Chairman of Institute of Directors and Tracy Dorée  Founding Partner at Spring Partners

We’re looking for women who:
  • Have made a significant contribution to a tech programme, company, or startup
  • Are technical or non-technical young women who have built, hacked or designed something amazing, or who have achieved something awesome
  • Are ambitious, hard-working and love their job
  • Are aged 30 and under as of 1st January 2018
  •  Are currently based in the UK
